Firstly, may I introduce myself. 

My name is Matthew McGrath and I live outside Gorey, Co. Wexford. I am 19 years old and my mobility is limited to the use of a wheelchair. 

I have a fond interest in beaches and the sea and spend a lot of time visiting them with my family all year round. We are very lucky to have such amenities on our doorstep, and boast beaches such as Ballymoney, Dodd’s Rocks and Courtown burrow, all of which are a stone’s throw from where I live. 

I’ve been working on this campaign as part of my school (GCS) work placement.
